We’ve been holding off sharing this exciting project and now that The Wall Street Journal has published a lovely article, I can’t wait any longer.

In collaboration with Richard Beard Architects, we present Estancia Madera, a stunning residence set on 40 acres of rolling hills in the Santa Lucia Preserve.

Inspired by the grand estancias of Argentina, the home is designed around three central courtyards, with glass breezeways leading to dedicated wings for guests and children. The Great Room opens onto a covered porch that spans the length of the stone building, creating a perfect space for relaxation and entertaining. The rooms are spacious yet intimate, designed to accommodate gatherings while maintaining a cozy feel. At the end of this year we will complete horse stables and an ADU to further enhance this exceptional property!
