Brining. It’s still the way to go for the most delicious turkey! Turkey is not in my 5-receipe repertoire but I’ve heard from reliable sources that Ina Garten’s dry-brine is the way to go. It gives you more time for creating a beautiful table or perusing luscious interiors! Happy Thanksgiving to All.

This collector purchased a 2-bedroom apartment and brought us in to create something uniquely his own. I detest an apartment that opens into the kitchen or living room directly from the front door. We designed a proper foyer with oak paneling and bronze channels. The paneling created a language throughout the rest of the apartment including the new dining room, living room and powder room. Enjoy.

Use interesting vessels that, when flowers are dead and gone, still look beautiful on the table. I like to keep flowers simple–one or 2 types of flowers, some greenery, low and tight to the vase–perfection!
