JayJeffers was hired by developer Trumark Urban to create 3 model spaces for The Pacific, an ultra-luxury condominium project in Pacific Heights. This spacious 3 bedroom corner unit with 10 foot ceilings and commanding views is one of the crown jewels of the building. We created a custom designed paneled entrance with MEM Architecture and Black Mountain Construction. An entertainer’s delight, the design is chic and functional and the perfect layout for a dinner party for 10 or a cocktail party for 50.
