JayJeffers was hired by developer Trumark Urban to create 3 model spaces for The Pacific, an ultra-luxury condominium project in Pacific Heights. This town home is on 3 levels with ample outdoor space. We created a custom designed paneled entryway to invite you into the space. The Great Room on the main level boasts a double height ceiling, which we took full advantage of with a stunning wall mural by Willem Racke Decorative Painting. The furnishings are formal yet sexy – think French Art Deco meets 1960s America.
